| Most products ship within 24-48 hours. |
Most products, including motor mounts, motor mount lifts and cradles, generally ship within 24 hours. Brackets may take an additional day to ship due to additional fit testing prior to shippment. If you have special requirements...like your engine is sagging and a tow truck is out of the question...give us a call at 866-401-3877 or email info@browndogindustries.com. We can usually work out something. |

U.S.A - Free Shipping, all products.

Totally FREE shipping for any shipment to anywhere in the USA. (And not that 10 day ground stuff, either.) We use US Postal Service's Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping. We've found it extremely reliable. Transit time is faster than most commercial ground services, too.
- No miminum purchase requirements. Ever.
- 48 mainland states, allow 2-3 days for transit.
- Alaska and Hawaii (at Brown Dog Offroad, you are part of the U.S.A!), allow 4-5 days transit.
- APO/FPO addresses should expect the normal delays. (Our military friends get free shipping, too!)
- Most items ship in Priority Mail Flat Rate Box(es): 11.5"x8.5"x5.5".
- Super Brackets and Super Bracket Kits ship in an oversize box, but still ship free to USA addresses.
If you absolutely cannot wait 2-3 days for transit, you're welcome to pay for FedEx or UPS service. Just give us a call, 866-401-3877 or email info@browndogindustries.com. Because of the extremely sturdy design featuring thicker steel, most customers find FedEx overnight or second-day service extremely expensive. |

We use U.S. Priority International Flat Rate Mail for all products EXCEPT Super Brackets (see below). If you prefer a different shipping service, call 480 626-4644 or email info@browndogindustries.com. We will do our best of accomodate your request.

- Canada/Mexico: $23.95
- Other International Locations: $38.95
Dimension/Weight Limits
- Box Size: 11.5"x8.5"x5.5"
- Total Weight: 20 lbs.
- If order requires additional boxes (ie, weighs more than 20 lbs or won't fit), we will contact you with shipping charges prior to shipment.
Customs
- You are responsible for clearing customs in your country.
- all normal customs documents will be included with the shipment. |
